This varies with, and depends completely on what time the service is and what time the reception is, since if most of the guests don't eat a meal before they come, they eat 50% more even of finger foods. So, you need to tell me what tiem and how long the party is. Also, they need fruit trays and some kind or kinds of bready snacks, or rolls with the meats. This will be very costly if they do only meats, which is what they have right now; it sort of can't make up its mind whether it is a tea party or a cocktail party... So write back with more info. |
