Hi, I am planning a wedding reception with a pig roast for 80 people.I was planning on also serving potato salad, cole slaw, brocolli salad, and baked beans. I was wondering how much of the salads and beans I will need to feed all the guests. Thanks! |

potato salad, 30 pounds potatoes, maybe some left baked beans- do meatless, so any non-pork eaters can also enjoy- 3 gallons, maybe some left Add a vegetarian entree- Maybe 6 servings- could be "field Roast" vegetarian sausages, Boca burgers or Morningstar patties, or grilled tofu kabobs, for example, for the non-pork eaters. If this saves you time, trouble, or money, consider a donation, maybe a dime per person, to support the site. |
