hi lisa, im cooking for my paster's wedding reception and the menu consist of a loaded mashed potatos, green beans, and baked or smoked chicken. and i need to know my amounts on the pounds of potatoes to feed 300 peopleand the amount of sour cream to put in my potatoes or will it be best to let the quest dip their own sour cream. |

Let them get their own potato toppings- see the baked potato bar for amounts per 100. Start with at least 45 pounds of potatoes per 100. |
