| Mary 04/06/13 | I need to precook rigatonis the day before an event.  On the day of the event I want to add sauce at the location and reheat in a roaster oven, . There is no place to dip in hot water to reheat. Can i pkace therefrigerated rigatonis directly in the roaster? To complicate matters, i need to set up at 2 pn but not serve until5 pm as it is a theater rehearsal. Advice? |

| ellen 04/06/13 | I don't know how to hold cooked pasta without sauce and no hot water bath as you describe. Roasters don't work for this... What I would do is, undercook the pasta slightly, add the sauce. Make it as a casserole and reheat as described on the spaghetti page (see, how to heat lasagna in a roaster. |
