Im am cooking my food for my wedding reception planing on around 275 people. im doing beef enchiladas salad and maybe retried beans. How much ground beef and cheese will i need for the enchiladas and packets of enchilada powder. Thanx |

If enchiladas are the only entree dish, ou need 3 per person, some should be vegetarian, and you need both rice and refried beans. You also need appetizers, beverages, punch and desserts. Please read the article on wedding dinners |
