I need help on how much food to prepare for 500 plates.

Cole Slaw?
Baked Beans?
Pulled Boston Butt?
Pound Cake?

02/27/13 		16 gallons for 1/2 cup servings of slaw and baked beans.

1 pound per 4 if you are doing rolls/sandwiches
OR 1 pound per 3 if you are doing plates.

1 loaf of pound cake= 1 pound, makes 8 nice slices.
