how much soup do I need for 250 wedding reception.?. They want chili, creamy potato/bacon and chicken noodle.. theyre having chhese & crackers, dip and friut appetizers. then sandwiches with turkey and ham and cheese and veggies with the soups for the buffet |

You have to make more than enough because you don't know how much of each will be most popular. This is what I would make: 8 gallons chili, 6-8 each potato and chicken noodle If this saves you time, trouble, or money, consider contributing a dime per person to support the site. |
