| ellen 02/20/13 | Use 1 1/3 times the amount for 100 from the plan for 100 list.  1 pound whole pig per person, head off. You also need something for the non-pork eaters to use as an entree. You could do a meatless bean dish or a couple of boxes of veggie burgers, for example. |
