Hi - I have a party for approx 130 people having an ordered hog roast. I am going to prepare coleslaw and potato salad to accompany - any advice on how much to cook? I am also fairly oblivious to the amount of ingredients I would need to buy. |

Use 1 1/3 times the amount for 100 from the plan for 100 list. 1 pound whole pig per person, head off. You also need something for the non-pork eaters to use as an entree. You could do a meatless bean dish or a couple of boxes of veggie burgers, for example. |
