For 100 servings you would use about 4 gallons each of potatoes and chicken broth and 2 gallons of milk, 2 or 3 quarts 0f onions, at least 1/2 cup dry parsley and whatever else is good. For vegetarian, vegetable broth. Lots of other options... |
