How many pounds of turkey breast do I need for 16 cups of chopped turkey? It is for a turkey and stuffing casserole.I am cooking for a homeless meal and we are using leftover turkey that has been frozen. Thanks so very much!!! |

1 pound boneless poultry is usually 2 cups of meat. Good for you. Have plenty of gravy. |
