Hi I was wondering if you had a recipe for Scalloped Potatoes and Ham. My Auxiliary will be serving that for Santa Days in our small town but we are not sure how much of everything we need.... Any input would be helpfull :) Thank you! |

Scalloped Potatoes & Ham 50 pounds potatoes per 100 if main dish, 40 side 8 pounds ham per 100 (could go 16, but that is VERY meaty-) 3 gallons white or cheese sauce per 100 |
