Help! I've never had to do anything like this. I have to prepare for a faculty of 50 members (school) ham biscuits. I'm figuring on the bread being rolls. I have to ask a number of people to help with this. How many packages of rolls do I need and how much ham? How many people should I ask to do this? |

Biscuits are much tastier than rolls and are available frozen. 2 biscuits per person, 1 ounce ham per biscuit, and do see if you can get the package of ends and pieces, which are great for this. |
