Catering a wedding for 50 people. I do not know how much I need to make. I also am cooking turkey breast in crock pots and I think I will need to fix about 4-5 breast. Will this be enough turkey. |

Broccoli & Cheese Casserole Beverly, there is an article on turkey yields in the holiday cooking section at the top of Big Pots. You need to end up with 7 ounces cooked per person for party size entree portions- that is just about 2 pounds ready to eat or 3 pounds raw boneless for each 5. |
