| Lori 09/05/12 | I am making a nesco full of scalloped potatoes and ham for about 50-60 people. Can I make this the night before and then just cook it the next day prior to serving for supper? How should it be stored or should I just put it on real low in the nesco and let it slowly cook all night into the next day? | 
| ellen 09/05/12 | It will be mush with overnight cooking. The potatoes will turn brown if they are held raw without rinsing- you need to cut into cold water. You can do the prep the day before, but refrigerate and bake day of. |
