I am hosting a picnic - the menus consists of Chicken Francais, Sausage & Peppers, Penne, House Salad, Burgers and Hot Dogs. How many pounds/quantity do I need of each? |

Paul, if this is grown ups, and you are doing the sausage and peppers, why do burgers and hot dogs? You could do 1 pound raw chicken per 3 plus 1 pound sausage per 5 plus an equal weight of vegetables. Really good rolls. 5 pounds dry pasta, 5 quarts sauce. |
