Pumpkin Squash

07/31/05 		I need some quick easy recipes for cooking pumpkin squash. They grow on a vine, are shaped like pumpkins, and have a green-striped rind.

08/01/05 		These are a nice squash. I have a whole section on winter squash with great recipes- use the search page to find it.

Use anywhere it calls for banana squash.
