| Maureen 06/19/12 | I would like quantities of boneless chicken breast as well as sliced beef top round for a graduation party with 200 guests. Thanks! |
| ellen 06/19/12 | To serve both self serve at the same dinner, 2 pounds raw beef per 5 plus 1 pound raw chicken per 3 |
| Maureen 06/20/12 | Thank you. Please let me know if my quantities are close: 48 pounds of potatoes for roasted potatoes and 32 pounds of green beans |
| ellen 06/20/12 | At least 80 pounds of potatoes and 44 pounds of green beans. |
| Maureen 06/21/12 | Sorry to be such a pain, but does 35 pounds of chicken sound right? I really am unsure when there are two entrees and it's self serve. Thank you! |
| ellen 06/22/12 | Maureen, 1 pound raw boneless chicken per 3 is already counting the beef. 35 pounds will cook down to around 22, which is 2 ounces per person, you need 3-4 per person. |
| Maureen 06/23/12 | Thank You |
| Maureen 08/08/12 | We decided on pulled pork and sliced top round. Please let me know what quantities of bread/rolls I should have. Thanks for all your help! |
| ellen 08/08/12 | Same beef, 1 pound ready to eat pork per 5. 2 medium or 1 1/2 large buns per person. Sandwich fixings are on the sandwich planning page. If this saves you time, trouble or money, consider a donation to support the site. |
