Hi Ellen! I am having a outdoor College Graduation Party for my son in 2 weeks. There will be about 60 people. I wanted to make Chicken Franchese, Sausage & Mini-Meatballs w/Peppers & Onions in Wine Sauce, Pasta Salad & Mini Blimpie Type Sandwiches Age Group will be mostly 22-27 yrs old. How much chicken cutlets, sausage & ground beef should I buy. And how many sandwiches should I make? Thanks for your help. |
