Hi Ellen, Could you please help me?I need to cook for 300 people and I need to cook PORK loin Vegetarian Lasagna and Greek salad could you please tell me how much food should I need? Thank you David |

There is a Greek salad for 100 already on the site. 140 pounds raw loin. Lots of people will take some of the lasagna as a side dish if it is buffet; at least 15 9x13 pans, and 20 would not be way too many.. |
