If you buy the cabbage that is already cut in bags (2 lbs bags) how many pounds to feed 350 about 1/2 cup servings. The bag had 10.5 servings but it was 1 1/2 cup servings. I was a little worried and thought you might be able to help. Thanks |

If you cook it, it shrinks about 1/2. I usually buy 22-24 pounds whole raw to serve it as a vegetable for 100... Cook it, add 50% more. |
