| ronda 04/01/12 | sorry for the double post Planning food for a wedding, expect about 120 people. My menu brisket & pork loin, potato salad, 3 bean salad, baked beans, coleslaw and fruit tray. How much of each food do i need. |
| ellen 04/04/12 | For party size portions, buffet style, I buy:
brisket 1 pound raw well trimmed per 3 people PLUS
potato salad, 3 gallons per 100 I strongly recommend a nibble table, here is why:
Before the Buffet; Why You May Need an Appetizer Table This does not have to be complicated. | Ronda 04/05/12 | Thank-you. This is such a help, I'm so glad I found your site. One more question, the potato salad I'm getting is sold by the pound. How many pounds of potato salad equal a gallon. r |
| ellen 04/08/12 | About 8, depends on the recipe. |
