Pasta as a side dish for 35 people

03/27/12 		I am cooking pasta as a side dish in a buffet for 35 women. I want to keep it warm in half size pans in a steamtable. If I cook 5 lbs of pasta, how much will fit in each half pan?

03/28/12 		First, that is way too much pasta as a side dish for 35 women, 3 to at most 4 pounds. It will make 2 shallow half pans.
