Hello, I am planning a taco bar for 200 men in a few months and am trying find info to make sure I have enough stuff for it. I looked at the taco/potato bar tab but it was not clear for me. How much ground beef,cheese, do you suggest? Thanks for the help. |

Tom, what is not clear about 3 1/8 gallon meat for 100? That is 25 pounds raw. Or 3 pounds 2 ounces shredded cheese per 100? If they are very heavy eaters and you are NOT serving rice and beans along with, you should increase everything another 10%. |

Graduation Party for 250 Ellen: I am having my son's graduation party the night of graduation - starting approx 8pm. His grad party is the only one that night. We have approx. 250 adults and kids that could come. I am doing a taco bar, how do I even begin to guess how much I will need? ugh.. thoughts? Most will have eaten before commencement, but kids will be kids.. and these kids EAT! |
