Chicken Parmesan-chicken breast cutlets Add a plain baked pasta, about 12 pounds, meatless. See the baked spaghetti under basic budget entrees. You could use the Alfredo-style sauce for 100 on the spaghetti page if you preferred. Consider adding either broccoli (25 popunds)or an eggplant casserole (8 9x13 dishes)
