03/10/12 		Use the plan for 100 table and the beverage planning page to prepare a basic estimate, post it, and I will be happy to check it for you. You want:

1 piece of chicken per person PLUS
1 pound of sausage per 4 people- get some sweet, some hot.

The other items are in the tables. You want 4/5 the amount for 100.
