| Kelly 03/05/12 | I am wanting to braise 4 pieces of chuck, each one srange from 9-10 lbs, in roasters. With the meat I am wanting to add potatoes and carrots. Would 2 roasters be sufficient, at what temp would this best be set at and for what length of time. I am wanting it to be falling apart tender. | 
| ellen 03/06/12 | 2 roasters will do the meat, but not leave much room for the vegetables- I would expect you would need a roaster full of vegetables to complement that many roasts. Preheat the roasters, 300-325, foil wrapped chuck with the seasonings; allow 4-5 hours. |
