Hi Ellen, I was surfing the net and I found your website. I'm cooking for a group of 20 women for a Tennis team and they want salads and sandwiches. My question is: What kind of food should I serve that's perishable, how much should I make and how to charge. Because it's the first time I cook for a larger group I'm scare and I want to make a great first impression.I also want to make some profit and see if it's a good thing to do as I love to cook and entertain. Help me please and Thank you.

How will it be served, and what is the refrigeration situation there?
