fettucchini w/alfredo sauce for 250 people

03/02/12 		I need to know how much pasta to order & how much sauce to make for 250 people. I know to order 100 lbs. of chicken,40lbs of broccoli,& 40lbs of carrots.How many gallons of cream? how many lbs of Parmesan? how many lbs of fettuccine?

03/02/12 		Pasta depends in part on what else is being served, but for generous party-size pasta portions with seconds, you can cook 20-24 pounds of pasta.
