02/18/12 		I have looked at the chili page and it looks good but the most I see is for 100 people or 6 gallons. I need 10 gallons. How do I calculate the difference? thanks Joel

02/18/12 		If they are big eaters (teens, football, etc.) double; if regular, make 1 2/3.

02/18/12 		thanks, I got talked into cooking chili in a chili competition for a doctor's office and they said the rules stated you had to make 10 gallons. that is where the 10 gallons came from.
