Hello, this June I will be hosting a vegetarian anniversary party for 50 people.

I know what I want to serve but I am having a hard time figuring out how much to make. We will be starting around 7 and going until midnight. Food will be served buffet style.

Here is my menu:

Curry lentil salad
Broccoli salad
Mixed greens
Caesar dressing
Balsamic dressing
Bread
Pita bread
Butter
Hummus
Raw veggies plate
Samosas (small to medium in size)
Tofu veggie kabobs (4 small cubes of marinaded tofu and a few veggies per kabob)
Bean dip
Corn chips
Cheese and grape plate
Crackers

For dessert we will be having pie and ice cream

Potato chips (to snack on after dessert)

Alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks will be served along with tea and coffee.

Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Very nice menu.

I would put these out as appetizers:

Hummus
Raw veggies plate
Bean dip
Corn chips
Cheese and grape plate
Crackers

And these as dinner:
Curry lentil salad
Broccoli salad
Mixed greens
Caesar dressing
Balsamic dressing
Bread
Pita bread
Butter
Samosas (small to medium in size) 2 med or 3 small per person
Tofu veggie kabobs (4 small cubes of marinaded tofu and a few veggies per kabob)- I would do the veggies separately, as they cook for a dfferent time. 1 pound tofu for each 3 people. 2 veggie skewers, or just do them as roasted veggies. Roasted sweet potato slices would be great with this meal.
