As a wedding gift, I am making the food for the rehearsal dinner. There will be approximately 50 people. I want to make beef tenderloin, chicken piccata, roasted red potatoes, a vegetable and a salad. I have no idea as to how many tenderloins, chicken or potato's to cook. |

I also have cooked rehearsal dinners as wedding gifts. One was a Thanksgiving dinner! With this menu, many guests will take some of both entrees.
