01/30/12 		We will be serving cole slaw for 225 people. How many pounds of cut cabbage do I need and how many quarts of dressing? Thank you!

01/30/12 		Look at any of the recipes for slaw for 100- there are 2 pages- then do 2 1/4 times the amount.
