| ellen 12/23/11 | I strongly suggest this method for this roast: www.livestrong.com/article/485328-how-to-cook-oven-spoon-roasts/ Use a meat thermometer! Use the 50 minute per pound when estimating your time, and remember it can stand an hour before serving without disaster. Slice very thin to serve- this is not as tender as prime rib, and chunks can be chewy. |
