12/23/11 		I am trying to cook a 13 pound top sirloin roast and I don't know how long to cook it. Could you help please?

Use a meat thermometer! Use the 50 minute per pound when estimating your time, and remember it can stand an hour before serving without disaster.

Slice very thin to serve- this is not as tender as prime rib, and chunks can be chewy.
