| Tabitha 12/05/11 | I am making steak and gravey in large roaster pans for a church dinner. I am not sure of what portion size to plan for for the actual meat. We are having 3 sides (potatos + 2 green veggies), as well as bread and dessert. Would 3 oz portions pre cooked be enough per person or should I count for alot of 'shrinkage' in the meat. Thanks | 
| ellen 12/06/11 | Absolutely not. You need at least 20 pounds boneless, and if they are big eaters, 25 would not be too much. |
