freezing ahead of time

11/17/11 		I want to make deli meat platters for a party. Can I cook the meat, slice it, roll it and then freeze it ahead of time? Is it better to freeze the meat in little rolls or should I arrange it on a platter and then freeze the entire platter? Thanks.

11/18/11 		Yes, but only 2 weeks- rolls are fine, they thaw better.
