05/31/05 		I need to know how much shredded chicken chicken to use for "sloppy chicken sandwiches" using shredded chicken, cr. of mushroom and cr. of celery soup....to make 125 sandwiches. Please help.

05/31/05 		per pound of cooked chicken meat, 4-5 sandwiches on the large hamburger buns. If self serve, use the smaller standard size buns. So you about 25 pounds cooked boneless skinless chicken. Dark meat is usually recommended, it is juicier and holds a little better.

02/05/06 		Melissa, true confession, I like Kraft original BBQ sauce for this and usually use it to make my bbq chicken sandwiches.

06/13/06 		Look at the turkey cooking section at the top of Big Pots, there is a freezer recipe with these ingredients. You will save a lot of money if you use my homemade replacement recipe for the Stove Top stuffing mix.
