keeping food warm

11/04/11 		I am looking to make mass quantity of noodles and cabbage what is a good way to keep it warm without drying it out? Roaster? Crockpot?

11/06/11 		How much, actually? A roaster is not practical for 6 quarts, a crock pot is not practical for 14.
