Spagetti sauce for 70 peoople

10/24/11 		I am making spagetti sauce for around 70 people. How many pounds of hamburger should I get and how many jars of sauce do I need to buy? Thank you.

10/24/11 		Assuming you are adding meat to a jarred sauce. I allow 16 pound per 100, so you want about 12 pounds. A mix of lean ground beef and Italian sausage would be a good choice here.
