I have 100 people for a wedding reception that will be after a 4pm wedding and we are having Costco Sandwich Trays, which come with a large croissant cut in half, so 20 whole croissants cut in half. Also having Potato Salad, Macaroni Salad, Caesar salad and Coleslaw with others bringing smaller salads. I will also have grapes. I see you mention we should plan for 120 sandwiches. So, am I right in saying we need 12 trays? If grapes are the only fruit then will 3 pounds still be enough? Thanks so much for your help. |

Debbie, not sure where you got your numbers- if there ae 20 whole croissants per tray, you need 6 trays to make 120 sandwiches. The fruit- 1 pound per 5 people if that is the only fruit. How about adding a cheese tray? |
