I'm planing for a family reunion next summer and would like to know how much meat to serve. we're seving salmon (we'll have about 7#), Baby Back ribs & chicken (legs & thighs) plus side dishes. There will be 60-65 people attending. You're help would be much appreciated.Thank you. |
