08/25/11 		Can I use a hotbox to keep food warm after it's already been cooked? How long will it hold food hot? ...Can it also be used to keep food cold if there is a double hotbox, use one for cold and one for hot?? Thanks!!

08/26/11 		You preheat he hot or cold box with hot water or ice to prep it for the food. I would not do one side hot and one side cold- do two separate boxes.
