Lasagna using 18 qt turkey roaster

08/16/11 		I would like to use my roaster to cook lasagna instead of using the oven and heating the whole house. Is this possible?

08/16/11 		Yes, either as a pan in the oven or as a cookpan full. Preheat roaster before adding pan or cookpan.
