We are having a Steak Dinner Benefit and are expecting to serve 400 people. How many pounds of Bagged Ready Mix Salad will we need. We will have this for toss salad along with a full range of other salads in a salad bar. Thanks!! |

2 ounces per person is the usual estimate for tossed salad. |
