I'm in charge of a back to school BBQ for my son's elementary school- how many hamburgers and hot dogs do i need for approx 90 people? also chips and drinks? thanks so much!!! |

Elementary kids don't each much, but you also have to count all the teachers and other adults also. So, how many are kids and how many are adults? Write back. |

Ah. For this size adult group, I do 90 burgers and buy 90 hot dogs (actually, I buy Polish sausage or kielbasa, adults like them much better), but I only cook about 2/3 the dogs until I see how they are going. Sandwich condiments are on the sandwich event page. Beverages are covered in detail on the beverage planning page, all different kinds. 1 ounce of potato chips or 1 1/2 ounces corn chips per person if there are other sides like slaw and pasta salad. 1/4 cup salsa per person is a great dip. |
