Helping with a reception with 200 guests, which is mainly being catered by an authentic Indian resturaunt. I have been assigned to do a crackers and cheese, and fruits table. Here are my thoughts so far:
1 ounce of cheese per person
Watermelon x 2 Fruit Dip to accompant As well as 10 lbs apples with caramel cream cheese dip Will I have plenty? |

No, you will find this is all gone rather quickly. I usually allow 16 pounds of cheese and 6-8 pounds cracker per 100. Check out the fruit tray page deluxe tray for 100 or pineapple fruit tray for 25 for amounts; you would do 1 1/2 or 6 respectively, because of the apples. |
