Strawberries and Cream for 100

05/05/05 		Hi! I was wondering if you could advise me as to how many pounds of strawberries I need for 100 people? Also how many large cartons of cream?
I would be ever so grateful for your reply.

05/06/05 		Mmmmm, that's what I had for breakfast.

For a dessert serving, 20 quarts or 20 pounds of fresh strawberries, rinsed, leaves plucked out, will make a not too big, not too small nice bowl for 100.
If you are pouring the cream, you'll want 6 quarts to allow 1/4 cup each. Whipped of course takes less because you beat in the air and sugar.
