Ellen,
I am hosting a reception for our parish priest's 25th jubilee. The coalation is desserts and punch. How much per person do you plan on per person and what are the quantities for punch. |

You want 2-bite size desserts and you want 3-4 per person. I have a page on planning dessert buffets- the link is on the new pages page at the top. You want 6-10 gallons of punch per 100 persons, depending on the length of the party; I always offer 1 sugarfree, labeled, or else iced tea. Plus I always add both regular and decaf coffee- see the beverages page. |
