I have a recipe for bread pudding and would like to serve 150 people. Can you help me figure out how to do that if I send the recipe? Thank you... |

Yes, but did you look at the quantities on the bread/rice pudding recipe posted in Big Pots, you might be able to do this yourself. |

I get a little lost trying to figure this out. I'm sorry. Here is the recipe: 2 day-old French baguettes, cut in cubes 1/2 cup golden raisins 1 apple, peeled, cored and chopped 1 banana, diced 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 3 eggs 1 cup sugar 1 tbsp. cinnamon 1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 tsp. ground ginger 1 tsp. vanilla 1 cup milk 1 cup heavy cream Makes 9 x 13 pan; serves 6 - 8 Thank you. |

OK, Assuming this is 2 pounds of bread. Also, most people cut 10 or 12 to a 9x13 pan. I would do 20 times
40 pounds-2 day-old French baguettes, cut in cubes, 2 pounds I woud mix the custard portion 1/4 at a time. |
