i am cooking for my aunt, my niece and my nephew next sunday. they requested burgers, knowing that, as i am a vegetarian (lacto-ovo, so not vegan), i will have to make veggie burgers. there is a variety of veggie burgers where i live (central europe), but none of them taste nice, nor do they have the consistency of meat. do you, by any chance, have a recipe for really nice, juicy burgers made from seitan or gluten or soy minced meat that i can cook for my carnivorous relatives? thanks a million! |

If you make the unchuck roast, (put unchuck in the search engine) you can sefrve it sliced or grind it for patties, and it is GREAT flavor- beefy texture, too. |
