Okara as egg substitute

05/06/11 		I would like to keep some of my okara to use when baking as an egg substitute. I am wondering if I can put the okara/egg combination in a ice cube tray and just thaw as needed for a recipe?

05/06/11 		I have only used frozen to make patties- try it and let us know if it goes well.
